Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 750 gramsShrimps
  3. 750Broccoli Florets
  4. 1Sesam Seeds
  5. 1green onion, thinly sliced
  6. The sauce
  7. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  9. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  10. 1 tbspbrown sugar, packed
  11. 1 tbspfreshly grated ginger
  12. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  13. 1 tspsesam oil
  14. 1 tspcornstarch
  15. 1 tspSriracha, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch and Sriracha and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Add shrimp, and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add broccoli, and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir in soy sauce mixture until well combined and slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired.
