We mostly prepare fruits Custard as a dessert recipe. Making RABRI with dried and fresh fruits also gives an awesome and tasty dessert.
Steps

Boil the milk in a wide heavy bottomed pan in low medium flame with continuous stirring.

When the milk reduces to half, add salt and sugar and boil for 5 minutes more.

Switch off the flame and let the Rabri cool.
- 4
Fry the dry fruits in the ghee. Add Cardamon powder and fried dry fruits to the Rabri. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Before serving cut the black grapes and mix with Rabri.
