Ingredients

  1. potatoes will depend with the no. of people you are serving
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 tsppaprika
  4. 1 tspblack pepper optional
  5. cayenne pepper (for later stage for adults)
  6. i tsp chibundiro

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop your potatoes and make the chips shape...i use a chips cutter

  2. 2

    Bring salty water to a boil

  3. 3

    Add the chips...cook for 5 to 10 minutes make sure not to overcook them

  4. 4

    Add the marinade you made with the spices...mix gently untill properly mixed

  5. 5

    Bake for 35.mins at 180°

  6. 6

    Serve hot...you can sprinkle cayenne pepper at this point..
