1 bowlsooji
1 bowlsugar
4 bowlwater
2-3 tspgrated coconut
1 tspcardamom powder
2 tspchopped almonds
1/2 cupghee

Steps

Heat ghee in a wok add sooji and roast it.

When change in Colour add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits.

Add water stir well.

Cook till halwa consistency.

Garnish with grated coconut.
