  1. 8 ozCream Cheese
  2. 1 tspLemon Juice
  3. 8 ozHeavy Whipping Cream
  4. 2 1/2 tbspSugar

    In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft.

    Add heavy whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick.

  3. 3

    Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff.

  4. 4

    Pour into chilled crust and top with pie filling.

  5. 5

    Chill several hours or overnight.

  6. 6

    just before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan.
