Take boiled potatoes mash add boiled carrots and peas, put bread crumbs, salt, red chilli, garam masala, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves, give it to a shape of cutlet, take maida add salt and make mixture of it, dip cutlet and roll on the bread crumbs, rest in refrigerator for some time and then fry.
