Heat a Kadhai. Add little ghee. Sauté the grated carrot for few minutes. Add condensed milk and milk.cook on low flame till the carrots are soft and mixture get thick. Add cardamom powder.

Boil 1 litre milk. Gradually add the lemon juice. Let the milk to cuddle fully turn off the oven. Add some cold water. Cover and let it be cool.

Strain the chana in a Muslin cloth. Wash under running water to get rid of any sour taste. Hang till it fully dry.

Knead the chana till it smooth. Add sugar and knead till all the sugar mix properly.

Grease a baking tray with some ghee. Place one chana layer then the carrot mix layer and finally another chana layer. Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Let it cool completely. Cut into square shape and garnish with chopped pistachio.
