Steps

Take a bowl and mash 4 boiled potatoes

Mix soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts, chopped green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and red chilli powder to taste

Mix well, then make round shape sabudana wada

Heat vegetable oil and deep fry it
- 5
Sabudana wada ready..... Garnish with sauce and cutney
