Firstly, mix curd, rava, rice flour and gram flour in bowl. Leave this mixture for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes add grated lauki, grated carrot, boiled peas, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the mixture.

Now mix one cup of water to it.

At last mix baking soda to the batter.

Heat one non stick pan and grease it with two tablespoon of oil. Now put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, white til, hing and Cury leaves. Then at last put the batter in the pan and spread it in circle shape. Then cook it for 5-10 min on slow flame. Then change the side of batter when one side becomes crisp and cook it for another 5-10 min. Then when it becomes brownish on both sides,then close the flame.

Finally your veg Rava Handavo is ready and put some coriander on it. Serve it with tomato sauce...
