1/2 clovegarlic
1 tbspcayenne
1 mediumsmoked Turkey neck
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tbspbutter

melt butter and soften onions for 5 minutes. then add garlic. cook on low about 2 min or until caramelized. then add smoked Turkey neck and about 3 cups water. cook for 45 minutes. add salt and pepper and cayenne. cook 5 more minutes then add green beans. cook on low heat for 1 hour.
