500 mlfull fat milk
50 gmsevaiya
4 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonvanilla essence

Steps

Boil milk

Add sevaiya and cook until it is soft

Let milk reduce to half.Add sugar.

Add vanilla essence and food colours of your choice.

When at room temperature pour into kulfi mould

Freeze atleast for 6 hours.
