Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCurd
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. as neededMint leaves
  4. As needed Coriander leaves few
  5. 1/2 tspJeera powder
  6. pinchAsafoetida
  7. as needed Water
  8. as neededIcecubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Take curd add water in mixer and add jeera powder.

  2. 2

    Take mint leaves and coriander mix them with a piece of ginger in a blender.

  3. 3

    After the paste is ready add them in the chaas.

  4. 4

    Add salt and season with very little ghee and hing in it

  5. 5

    Masala chaas is ready

  6. 6

    Add ice cubes and serve
