Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup boiled green full moong
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic grated
  • 2medium size chopped onions
  • Half tsp eachmustard seeds, teaspoon cumin seeds
  • as requiredCooking oil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

    Boil one cup of green whole moong in cooker or in vessel.

    In kadhai take 1 tablespoon of cooking oil,add half teaspoon of mustard seeds,half teaspoon cumin seeds,one pinch asafoetida (hing),grated Garlic or crushed,half teaspoon turmeric. wait for 2 min then add chopped onions and saute until light brown.

    Then add boiled whole moong,add salt as per taste and red chilli powder as per your taste.

    Very easy and healthy sabji and it really tastes yum 😋
