Green moong ki sabji
Very fast and easy to make within 10 minutes.
Steps

Boil one cup of green whole moong in cooker or in vessel.

In kadhai take 1 tablespoon of cooking oil,add half teaspoon of mustard seeds,half teaspoon cumin seeds,one pinch asafoetida (hing),grated Garlic or crushed,half teaspoon turmeric. wait for 2 min then add chopped onions and saute until light brown.

Then add boiled whole moong,add salt as per taste and red chilli powder as per your taste.
