Cut potatoes, paneer, 3 onions in large pieces. Make the paste of remaining onion and tomatoes.

First heat the pan.

Then add oil in pan

Now as the oil heats up deep fry potato, then onion and then paneer one by one.

Now again heat another pan.

Then dry roast kasuri methi and after 2 min bring it out from pan.

Dry roast all the dry masalas cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, dry red chilli, clove and black pepper.

Once the aroma comes from masalas then add ghee to pan.

As the ghee warms add cumin seeds and methi dana to it.

As the cumin seeds and methi dana crackles add ginger garlic paste to it.

After 2 minute add onion paste, cover the lid for 5 min.

After 5 minute add tomato green chilli paste.

As the tomato paste is added, add salt to it and cover the lid for 5 min.

After this add all coriander powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, red chilli powder. Mix them and after mixing add cream. After mixing all above cover the lid for 10 min.

After 10 min as the gravy leaves oil add milk powder and mix it well then add all the fried vegetables, paneer and ½ cup water then cover the lid for 5 min.
