Oat and veggies Chilla

Oats are loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds. They are a good sauce of carbs and fiber .
They also contain more protein and fat than most grains .
The nutrient composition of oats is well-balanced. I always prefer to include Oats in my menu.
So today's breakfast was Oats and vegetables Chilla with Sambar.

Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Cover and keep for 1 hour. - 2
Put a little cooking oil on a hot non stick fry pan.

Add a tbsp of batter, keep low medium flames and cover with a lid.

After 2 mins flip the Chilla and cook the other side.

Now it is ready to eat. Serve hot with chutney.

I served with sambar.
