Roasted Walnuts-Saffron Kulfi

Combine saffron and water in a saucepan.Set aside for 10 minutes.

Dry Roast walnuts.

Add condensed milk,fresh milk,cream,cinnamon,cardamom.Bring to the boil.Reduce heat to medium- low.Cook stirring until mixture thickens slightly.

Set aside for an hour to cool.Add saffron.Transfer the mixture into a container.Cover with lid and put in freezer until half frozen.

Bring out the mixture from freezer and blend until smooth.

Add walnuts,stir to combine.Spoon into metal kulfi moulds.Place in the freezer for 3-4 hour or until set properly.

De mould Kulfis on to serving plates.Garnish with some roasted walnuts.
