So now when you have cooked rice left get happy as something delicious is coming your way !!
Steps

For Coating and Frying
1/2 cup of semolina to coat the pattice from both the sides
2 spoon of oil for pan frying the cutlet - 2
Mix all the above ingredients mentioned for Ingredients for Cutlet in a mixing bowl.
Taste the mix and see if everything is proper.
If you find the batter too watery add little besan again as curd leave water.
Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with oil - 3
Form a cutlet round flat shape patty and coat it in semolina and put it on nonstick pan for frying from both the sides.
Fry till both the sides get golden brown.
Serve it with Chutney and Ketchup
