When you feel like eating something chatpata, prepare this Achari gobhi..
In this cauliflower cooked in pungent mustard oil along with essential spices that go into pickle...
Steps

Chopped green chilli, onion, cauliflower and keep a side.

Wash cauliflower properly

Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, hing and saute till the seeds splutter.

Add chopped onion, gngr-grlic paste, green chilli and saute till translucent.

Add chopped cauliflower and salt mix well.

Cover and cook on medium flame till cauliflower done..

Serve hot with poori or chapati..
