Steps

Cut the raw mango in pieces (not small one)

Heat Oil in a pan
- 3
Add mustard seeds, jeera, asafoetida and fenugreek seeds to hot oil.

Then add the raw mango pieces. cover the lid. after 2 minutes open it and add Chilli powder and salt.Stir it and again cover for a while.

Add Jaggery and mixed unless the mango pieces get cooked and has good consistency.

Let it be cool and fill in a glass Jar tightly close the lid.
