1/2 kgcauliflower
1brinjal
8-10beans
1/2 kg.pototoes
2onions
3-4tomatoes
2-3 tsppav bhaji masala
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
To tastesalt
1-2 tsplemon juice
as neededButter
as neededOil

Chopped the all veggies.

Wash and boiled the chopped veggies.

Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion and saute it

Now add tomato puree and spices saute till leave the oil.

Add boiled and mashed veggies and some water cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

Add butter and serve with pav
