Steps

Boil the Potatoes and green peas

Peel off the Potatoes and fry them in the pan adding salt and turmeric powder

Keep the potatoes aside

Add oil in the same pan and temper the bay leaf,red chilli,jeera seeds and whole garam masalas

Add the ginger paste and chopped chillies and saute well till the raw smell disappears
- 6
Add tomato puree and red chilli powder and cover till the moisture reduces
- 7
Add the Potatoes and green peas and mix well
- 8
Add sugar and combine well
