My first ramen 😄👍 This is chicken ramen, very easy to make. I overcooked the egg a bit and didn’t have green onions or chives, so I used red onion for a fresh touch.

My first ramen 😄👍 This is chicken ramen, very easy to make. I overcooked the egg a bit and didn’t have green onions or chives, so I used red onion for a fresh touch.

Heat the chicken broth in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of miso paste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and chili powder. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.

Place 2 eggs in a saucepan with water. When the water starts to boil, cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool the eggs.

In a skillet, heat a little olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown.

When the chicken broth starts to boil, add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.

To serve, place the soup with noodles in a bowl, then add the chicken pieces, the egg, and finely sliced onion.

I sprinkled a little black pepper and parsley on top to finish.
