Heat milk, when it get boiled lower the flame.

Grind all the dry fruits.

Add grind ingredients in the same pan and keep stirring.

Add dried whole milk and milk powder in the pan.

Add a pinch of turmeric for it's traditional look, switch off the flame and let it cool down then add rose petals.

Add it in kulfi mold.

Refrigerate it for 12 hours.

Boil vermicelli and refrigerate it.

Take our kufli mold and plunge it under water and with the help of hand remove it.

In a serving plate add this kulfi, sprinkle some vermicelli and drench it with rose syrup.
