An easy and tasty recipe with preparation and cooking time of 15 minutes when cooled cooked rice is readily available. Visit my Facebook page

Steps

Keep chopped onion, green chillies and chopped coriander ready
- 2
Heat oil add mustard, jeera, Chana dal, green chillies, chopped onion and salt in the same order and fry till golden brown

Add ginger paste, turmeric and masala Dhania powder (check for the procure in my other post) and kopra powder (optional) and mix

Add cooked rice and mix. Adjust salt.

Dish out and garnish
