  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1 cupCooked rice
  • Salt
  • leafBay
  • Star shaped cardamom for garnish

Steps

    Cook rice and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan add butter, add cumin seeds and saute 30-40 seconds.

  3. 3

    Add cooked rice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add salt.

  5. 5

    Serve it in a plate and garnish with a bay leaf on the north and cardamom star in the middle.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with stew, curry or even soups.
