Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice
  • 1/2 cupfrench beans chopped
  • 1/2capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cupcarrot chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 3 piecesgarlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoonssoya sauce
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  • For garnishing
  • leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all put oil and garlic in a kadahi.saute for 1minutes.add beans,green chilli,capsicum,carrot cook for 2 minutes.add salt and black pepper.mix it well.

    Now add boiled rice.add soya sauce and vinegar.cokk for 3_4 minutes.Fried rice is ready.Serve hot.enjoy
