Muhogo wa nazi with baked chicken tikka #my coconut dish contest

Peel your cassava and cut into pieces and put them in the sufuria

Now add onions and green capsicum

Prepare you coconut i used. These

Separate light and heavy cream the white bowl is heavy and the other is light

Pour your light cream into the cassava and add a pinch of salt to taste and bring to a boil

Let it boil till well cooked and add alittle of heavy cream and stir till cooked

Now cook the remaining heavy cream. On a mediun heat and stir till u get aheavy thick cream

Now serve it in your plate and pour the cooked heavy cream(tui) on top of your cooked cassava and garnish with curry leaves and onions

U can serve with any side dish

For the baked chicken tikka

Wash your chicken and cut into pieces and add all the ingredients and use your hands to mix

Let it rest for 30min or overnight to marinate and get. A fine taste..arrange in the baking tray an bake till golden brown or well cooked
