Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2.2 lbs (1 kg)boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thin
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 cupplain yogurt (240 ml)
  4. Black pepper, shawarma spice blend, paprika, white pepper, ground coriander
  5. Ground ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, chicken seasoning to taste
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil (120 ml)
  7. 1/2 cupred vinegar (120 ml)
  8. 1/4 cupapple cider vinegar (60 ml)
  9. For the garlic sauce:
  10. Mayonnaise
  11. Labneh (or Greek yogurt)
  12. Garlic
  13. Salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice the chicken thinly, then add all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.

    Remove from the refrigerator and cook in a skillet until fully cooked through.

  3. 3

    To make the garlic sauce, mix mayonnaise and labneh (or Greek yogurt), then add crushed garlic and salt to taste. Enjoy!
