Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGram dal
  2. 3/4 bowlSugar/ jaggery
  3. 1 tablespoonGhee
  4. 2 pinchCardomom
  5. 6-7Almonds
  6. 7-8Walnut
  7. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a wok add in ghee heat and add in cardomom.

  2. 2

    Take the grinder add the gram dal and grind well.

  3. 3

    Take the gram dal and add in the flour in the ghee. Keep roasting in it. Until brown

  4. 4

    Take another vessel put in the double amount of water of the flour to heat and add the jaggery in it as it dissolves.

  5. 5

    Once heated pour in this water to the flour that is roasted. Keep stirring until dried.

  6. 6

    Garnish with nuts and serve hot
