Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlOats
  2. 1/2 cupBeans
  3. 1 bowlchopped carrots
  4. 1/2 bowl peas
  5. 1med onion
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  9. 1 tspOil
  10. 1 tspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the oats and drain.

  2. 2

    Take a wok, pour in 1 tsp oil add in cumin, turmeric, and onion. Saute

  3. 3

    Add in the other veggies and add in lil water so that they are cooked in steam and water well.

  4. 4

    When finished cooking add in the oats salt to tadte and turn off the gas. Add lemon juice mix well and serve hot.
