Steps

Finely chop onions and chives

Cut mushrooms into quarters

Dice red pepper

Cut up sausages into 1 cm bits

In a medium heated pan with olive oil, and 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic, onions, chives, red pepper and mushrooms

Fry for about 10 minutes and add sausage, rosemary, and fresh chopped chilli.

Fry until sausage is almost cooked then add water, milk and butter and vegetable stock. Add a handful of Brussels sprouts (optional). Thicken with Knorr classic white sauce.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve with your favourite bread. I found spinach and feta rolls
