Crispy idli in tadka pan

Mix all the ingredients of idili and make a smooth batter

Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds

As it splutter add urad dal and let it brown than add curry leaves and tranfer this tadka in the idili batter and mix it

Heat one spoon oil in a tadka pan and add one fourth spoon mustard seeds than put one big full spoon batter on it

Cover it and let it bake as it's corner seems brown flip it and bake on other side also

Serve it with sauce or coconut chutney
