Caramelized banana with avocado cream

Grate lemon and grapefruit into bowl and set the peel aside

Juice the lemon and remove any pips

Take half of an avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out of the peel into a bowl.

Mash avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy

Add honey and lemon juice to the avocado cream, place in fridge to keep cold

Peel and chop banana into medium slices
- 7
Melt coconut oil into a pan
- 8
Sauté bananas in pan until brown
- 9
Remove from pan and put on plate

Sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon/grapefruit peel

Serve with cold avocado cream
