Ingredients

35minutes
10 servings
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1/2 tbspghee
  • 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/8 tspgreen cardamom powder

Steps

35minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy bottomed pan add ghee and khoya saute for 5 minutes add sugar stir well add coconut and cardamom powder stir for 5-6 mint until thickened Heat off.

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture into grease plate.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle coconut set aside for 25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cut into pieces and serve.
