Kesar Pista Kulfi

Boil milk along with cardamom & kesar till reduced to three fourth.

Add the sugar,mix it well.

Mix cornflour with quarter cup milk,and gradually add to the boiling milk,stir continuously.

Add chopped pista and milk powder mix it well.remove from heat and let it be cool.

Now add the beaten fresh cream or malai and kewra essence.

Beat the whole mixture with electric beater for 1-2minutes.

Now pour the mixture in the kulfi moulds,tap it and close it tightly and freeze for 6-7 hour.

Serve chilled.
