Ingredients

  1. 50 gmMushroom
  2. 4 tbspCornflour
  3. 4 tbspAll purpose flour
  4. As needed Oil to fry
  5. 2 tbspVinegar
  6. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  7. 2 spoonChilli sauce
  8. 3 spoonTomato ketchup
  9. 1Onion
  10. 1Capsicum
  11. 10 clovesGarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the mushroom into two halfs.

    Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp conflour and 4 tbsp of all purpose flour, add water and make a smooth bater.

    Take a kadai and add oil and and heat it, dip the mushroom into the bater and deep fry it. Keep the mushroom side.

    Take a sauce pan and add 2 spoon oil and heat, add chopped Garlic and cook till golden

  5. 5

    Cut the Onion and capsicum into big cubes add the onion and capsicum into the pan and sauté.

  6. 6

    Add vinegar, soya sauce, chill sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well, later add the mushroom and sauté.

  7. 7

    Add the seasoning salt and pepper and saute.

  8. 8

    Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of cornflour and half cup water and mix and add this to the pan and mix well.

  9. 9

    Turn off tge flame afte 5 minutes and serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
