Steps

First marinate the prawns with salt & turmeric powder,keep it aside.

Take a pan,put it on flame & mustard oil.

Then add the marinated prawns,cook these prawns 75percents done, & then transfer it to a plate.

In the same oil,add sliced onions,green chillies, mustard seeds,slice tomatoes.

Cook for a few minutes,now add the mustard paste(filtered), salt, turmeric powder,pinch of sugar, coconut milk & then the prawns.

Adjust the salt,sugar & water to make it the desired consistency.

Bring to a boil & simmer on a low heat.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
