Ingredients

20 mins
  • 2 clovegarlic, peeled
  • 1Thumb sized knob ginger, peeled
  • 1 tspCayenne pepper
  • 1 tbspSmoked paprika
  • 2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspSea salt flakes
  • 2 tbspPeanut oil
  • 1Splash of sesame oil
  • 2Long red chillies
  • 1/3 cupFresh coriander
  • 1 tbspDedicated coconut
  • 2 tbspGround almond
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 1 tspCoriander seed

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a fry pan throw all you dry herbs and spices and toast until aroma is released and smells delicious.

  2. 2

    Now tip them into food processor with the rest of the the curry paste ingredients. Blitz until you have created a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Done! Great to marinate chicken. Enjoy!
