Wash egg thoroughly & break into your blender cup

Add in the salt, sugar, coconut flavour and vinegar, then blend on high speed for 1 minute

Add in the vegetable oil bit by bit while blending(it'll start becoming thick) blend until you've added in all the oil and it's thick enough

After blending, pour out into a neat container and it's ready for use

Make sure to use up within 3 days without refrigerating and 1 week if refrigerated.
