Cooking Instructions

Sieve and wash the rice(using the one in the sieve),keep aside

Add water to a pot make sure the water can steam your rice until cook then find a lid (either of another pot) that can fit into the pot preventing water on top of the lid.

Place your pot at medium heat let the water get hot then spread your rice on top of the lid,cover the pot do not allow steam to escape,cover properly this will allow your rice to get cook in time.

When half cooked, remove from the pot add the vegetables to the rice and mix,add spices,pepper,grandnut oil,curry, or you can make a source and add mix and returned till cooked

Another way you can only add the spinach to the rice with carrot when cooked, add grandnut oil to your pan,when hot add your remaining vegetables,pepper,spices fry untill soften,Add the rice and mix and allow for some minutes then remove from the electric.

Serve in a plate & decorate with the round shaped boiled egg & carrot
