Dhaba style dal fry

Heat the pan add cumin seeds,hing and mustard seeds curry leaves,saute till fragrant

Add ginger garlic paste and onion and green chilli,saute till onion turn golden brown

Add tomato and saute till turn soft

Add all spices and mix well,cook

Add cooked dal mixture 1 cup water and cook for 4-5 minutes

Turn off the flame

For tadka in another small pan heat the ghee add whole red chilli,hing

Add this into dal and add coriander

For smoked dal fry ;-take coal and burn it in flame

Once it hot place it in tiny bowl,put some ghee over it and add some red chilli powder

Place the bowl in dal pan and cover the pan keep it for 2 minutes

Dal fry served with jeera rice and papad
