Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuppanne pasta boiled(salted)
  2. 1/2 cupblanched spinach
  3. 4-5cashew nuts
  4. 3-4garlic cloves
  5. 15-20 leavesbasil leaves (Tulsi paan)
  6. 1/2 cupcorn
  7. 1 tbsbutter
  8. 1 tbsall purpose flour
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1/2 cupCheese

  1. 1

    In a mixer grinder add garlic, Cashew nuts or walnut, 1 greenchilli, blanched spinach and basil leaves and grind it in a fine puree.

  2. 2

    For white sauce. In a pan heat butter and add 1 tbs all purpose flour and saute it for a min. Add milk and mix well. After 3 to 4 min when sauce started becoming thick add green puree in it and mix well

  3. 3

    Add salt, 1 tsporagano, 1 tsp chilliflakes, cornin it and mix well. Add 1 cup of boiled pasta. And mix well and cook for 5 min.

    Grate some cheese, and serve it hot.
