Ingredients

  1. 90 gramsJapanese Milk Soup stock
  2. 200 gramsSliced pork (Any meat are OK)
  3. 1 pieceOnion
  4. 1/2 piecesCarrot
  5. 2 piecesPotato
  6. 1 tbspFrozen Corn
  7. 650 mlWater
  8. 250 mlMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the Pork into easy-to-eat size.

    Cut the potato into bite size pieces, rinse with water and drain. Cut the onion into wedges and carrot into small bite size.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and fry the pork. When the meat changes color, add the potatoes, onions, carrots and frozen corn, and stir-fry together. When the oil is dispersed,add the water.

    When it boils, turn the heat to low and carefully remove the scum. Cover with a lid and simmer it for 15 minuets until the potatoes become tender.

    Add the Japanese Milk Soup stock and milk, and mix it well. Bring to a boil.
