Semolina crusted deep fry chicken

Marinate chicken pieces for 2 hours and keep in fridge.

Mix corn flour and maida throghly. And coat marinated chicken with it.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in kadai, again coat chicken with semolina and fry till done.

I have fried in three batches. At a time 6 to 7 pieces took 10 minutes.

Now heat 1 tbsp oil in pan fry chillies for few seconds.

Add fried chicken and toss it.

Swith off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with onion tomato salad.
