Wash and peel the raw mangoes.

Now cut them into small slices.Take a mixing bowl and put the slices of mangoes in it.

Now add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it.

Mix it properly.

Transfer it to the jar.

Keep the jar in the sunlight for 1 or 2 days.

Hing ka atchar is ready.

Serve it with dal rice or chapati.
