Ingredients

  • 50 gmchawal
  • 2 kgmilk
  • 250 gmsugar
  • 1 bowlmakhane
  • 1/2 bowlkishmish
  • 1/4 bowlbadam
  • 1/4 bowlkaju
  • 1 tbsppista
  • 1 tspElaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Chawla ko ek ghante bhigo de.

  2. 2

    Keep milk to boil in a heavy base pan.

  3. 3

    When milk starts to boil, add Chawla.

  4. 4

    Cook at low flame.

  5. 5

    After hlaf hour when rice gets mixed properly add sugar and cook for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    Add all dry fruits and Elaichi powder.

  7. 7

    Kheer is ready to serve. Garnish with some chopped pista and badaam.
