8Bread slices preferrably brown bread slices
1 cupBoneless chicken pieces boiled and shreaded
1Tomato chopped
1Onion chopped
handfulSpring onion chopped
handfulCoriander chopped
1Green chilli chopped (optional)
to tasteSalt
1 tspBlack pepper powder
2 tbspTomato ketchup
1 tspGarlic chopped
2 tbspRefined oil for cooking
Lettuce, Coriander, carrot designs for garnishing

Cut the bread slices into bite sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the chopped garlic and chilli. When fragrant add onion pieces.

When the onions are translucent add the bread pieces.

Add salt, pepper, sauce and coat the bread pieces.

Now add the chicken and spring onions and mix well.
7

Sprinkle Coriander leaves and serve hot.
