Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 2 cupsself raising flour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 handfulraisins (optional)
  • 1 tbspground cardammon
  • 1large egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar together till frothy.....add in your flour pinch of salt and cardammon powder.

  2. 2

    Mix well like pancake mixture then leave it for 30minutes to activate well.

  3. 3

    Pour on a pan bit by bit n cook on low heat till well-browned

  4. 4

    Serve with a drink of your choice, hot or cold.
