Steps

Take 2 glasses of water, little salt and oil in a cooker. Add pasta and cook it for one whitsle.

After it cooks, drain the excess water and wash it.

Wash and cut all the veggies and grate the cheese.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic.
Add onions if using and cook until golden. Add tomato puree and cook until thick. - 5
Now add yellow,red and green capsicum,carrot,beans,corn saute it for 5 minutes

Add tomato sauce,sugar salt,black pepper,chilli flacks,oregano and again saute for 5 minutes.

Add the pasta,cheese,toss gently and cook on medium flame for 2 more minutes.

Garnish with cheese and serve immediately with red sauce pasta.
