3telapia fish
2 tablespoonmustard seeds
1 teaspoonpoppy seeds
1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
3-4green chillies finely chopped
2slitted green chillies
1 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededmustard oil
As neededwater

15-20 minutes

Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder
2

Deep fry the fish in a pan with heated mustard oil and keep aside
3

Now add the mustard, Poppy and green chilli paste saute well for few minutes
4

Add red chilli powder mix and pour little water
5

Add the fish and bring it to one good boil
6

Garnish it with slitted green chillies and serve
